Welcome to TravelOnClick. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform. We provide specialized management tools for travel agencies, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Eligibility

By accessing or using the TravelOnClick platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register for, subscribe to, or use TravelOnClick. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service.

2. Data Retention and Deletion Responsibility

TravelOnClick provides you with the tools to manage your agency's operations. Consequently, you have full control over your data. With this control comes the responsibility of managing your records carefully.

• No Backup Recovery: We do not currently record or maintain isolated backups of individual user data for the purpose of recovery.
• Permanent Deletion: Any data (including but not limited to customers, contracts, payments, and financial records) deleted by you or authorized users on your account is permanently erased from our active databases.
• No Liability: TravelOnClick will not be held liable for any data loss, accidental deletion, or failure to recover lost data. You must assume full responsibility for deleting data from your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your password is encrypted, and we cannot access it. Therefore, if you lose your password, you must use the standard automated recovery processes provided.

4. Platform Availability

We strive to ensure TravelOnClick is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result of platform downtime.

5. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewals & Cancellation

Paid plans on TravelOnClick are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually).

• Continuous Service & Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same period at our then-current recurring rate unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Free Trials: If you enroll in a free trial, your first recurring billing charge will occur upon trial expiration unless you cancel before the trial period concludes.
• Online Cancellation ("Click-to-Cancel"): You may cancel your subscription at any time online through your Dashboard > Billing settings, or by emailing our support team at support@devinsol.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current prepaid billing term.
• Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once billed.

6. DMCA Copyright Policy & Designated Agent

TravelOnClick respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that material hosted on or linked to by our service infringes your copyright, please send a written takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location on TravelOnClick.
3. Your contact information (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address).
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
